Note about the CAT tool:
At https://www.geteduroam.app you can find the tool for Android, iOS and Windows.
After starting the tool, select the "Hochschule der Medien", select the certificates that are not yet installed (in most cases this should be "eduroam Service Root CA") and log in with @hdm-stuttgart.de and your password.

Due to a necessary certificate change at eduroam, both the certificates of the authentication server (rad2/rad3) and the certification path have changed.
Depending on the client/device, this can lead to different behavior when establishing a connection. If necessary, the new certificates must be accepted.
The eduroam profile must also be renewed when using the CAT tool.

You can verify the root certificate of the new certification authority (eduroam-CA) using the fingerprint:
